Shipping & Delivery Conditions

1. Delivery Areas & Timeframes

  • We deliver to all areas across Malta and Gozo
  • Business hours: Monday to Friday, 8am – 3pm
  • Standard delivery time:
    – Malta: 1-2 working days
    – Gozo: 4-5 working days
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be processed the next business day
  • Deliveries are conducted during morning and afternoon hours

2. Shipping Costs

  • Malta & Gozo Deliveries
    – Orders over €25: FREE delivery
    – Orders below €24.99: €3.50 delivery charge

3. Delivery Process & Requirements

  • Customers will receive an SMS notification upon order dispatch
  • Required information
    – Valid delivery address
    – Active contact phone number
    – Recipient must be available to receive the order
    – Specific delivery instructions (building access, floor number, etc.)

4. Payment Methods

  • All prices include VAT where applicable
  • Payment options:
    – Online payment
    – Cash on delivery
    – Cheque on delivery
  • Important Note: Cash on delivery payments must be in cash
    (Revolut/BOV mobile payments are also accepted)

5. Order Cancellation & Stock Availability

  • Only in-stock products can be added to cart
  • In case of unexpected stock unavailability:
    – Customer will be notified immediately
    – Options provided:
         a) Full refund
         b) Replacement product of equal value

6. Failed Delivery Attempts

  • First failed attempt: Delivery notice will be left
  • Second attempt: Provided at no additional cost
  • After two failed attempts:
    – Order returns to warehouse
    – Customer must contact us to arrange redelivery

7. Delivery Inspection & Quality Control

  • Inspect package upon delivery
  • Report any visible damage immediately
  • Document damaged packages with photos before opening

8. Returns & Exchange Policy

  • Notification period: Within 2 days of receiving order
  • Return conditions:
    – Products must be intact
    – Original condition and packaging required
    – Opened, damaged, or soiled products will not be accepted
  • Returns should be delivered to our warehouse address

  • Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or holidays
  • Weather conditions may affect delivery schedules
  • We reserve the right to modify shipping conditions with prior notice
