2. Access to the Site You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use our site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to use the site for any unlawful or prohibited activities.

3. Product Information and Orders  Orders are subject to availability. We strive to provide accurate product descriptions and pricing. However, we do not warrant that descriptions or other content are error-free. Orders are subject to acceptance by us and we reserve the right to refuse any order.  Prices are in Euros and Payments are processed securely via our accepted payment gateways.

4. Delivery We offer door-to-door delivery services within Malta & Gozo. Delivery times and costs are outlined at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control.

5. Returns and Refunds Our return policy allows you to return products within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, provided the items are unopened and in their original condition. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery to initiate a return.

6. Intellectual Property All content on our site, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Fit Fuel Malta or our content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability Fit Fuel Malta shall not be liable for :
– any damages arising from the use or inability to use our site or products, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages. 
–  Delays or issues caused by third-party delivery services.
–  Allergic reactions or adverse effects caused by products, unless due to negligence on our part.

8. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of Malta. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the site shall be resolved in the courts of Malta.

9. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
