Why not make a lighter yet delicious almond and orange tart suitable for diabetes sufferers?
INGREDIENTS: 150 g of grated blanched almonds, 160 g of FRUCTOSE DIAT Rádisson , 3 eggs, 2 grated oranges and their juice.
Mix the almonds, the fructose and the grated orange. Beat the egg whites until stiff, add the yolks and mix. Fold this into the previous mix. Pour into buttered mould and bake in a previously heated oven at 180º during twenty minutes. Pour the orange juice over it when you take it out of the oven.
