Ingredients:
Oat flakes flour ( Avena sativa L.) gluten free; whey protein concentrate ( emulsifier: sunflower lecithin); egg white powder; whey protein isolate (emulsifier: soy lecithin ); raising agents: sodium bicarbonate, sodium acid pyrophosphate; sweetener: sucralose; pregelatinized corn starch; sodium chloride; thickeners: guar gum, xanthan gum. Without sweeteners.
How to use:
Add 50 g of “low sugars pancake” mix (2 level scoops) to 50 ml of water. Mix with a whisk or in a shaker until you get a smooth mixture without lumps. Heat a non-stick pan until it is very hot, for 1 pancake pour half of the mixture and cook a few minutes until bubbles form, turn the pancake and cook on the other side. To speed up cooking you can use a lid, preferably transparent. The pancake can be enjoyed plain or with the various Whynature and Whysport spreadable products to enhance its flavor and properties.
